REFUND POLICY
sweaterpillar.com reserves the right to refuse returns of items that have been sent after a certain time period or in a different condition than when they were shipped. If you wish to return multiple items (possibly from different orders), you can do so in one box. Important: all returns forms must be included. Without these forms, refunds will not be processed correctly.
sweaterpillar.com only accepts returns of original products in their original packaging and undamaged.
Once we have received your return in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive your refund within 10 business days using the method you used to pay for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address you used. Please note that credit card refunds are always subject to the credit card issuer. Returns and refunds may also take a little longer than usual.
